Holly was first called to the Bar in 2017.
 
Prior to joining the Bar, Holly practised as a solicitor for 10 years. Holly was a Senior Associate at HWL Ebsworth Lawyers and an Associate at Mullins Lawyers prior to that.

Holly’s practice is focused upon property and land use matters, including specialisations in Planning, Environment and Local Government Law, and Property Law. Holly acts on behalf of local authorities, State departments, developers and individual land owners, providing advice and appearing in the Planning and Environment Court, Land Court, Magistrates Court and in appeals to the Court of Appeal on a wide range of matters including in merits appeals, enforcement proceedings and prosecutions, declaratory proceedings, and land acquisition and compensation disputes.

Holly is listed in Doyle’s Guide as leading junior counsel for planning and environment matters.
